Noriki Nishida is a Research Scientist at RIKEN Center for Advanced Intelligence Project (AIP), Japan. Previously, he received his Ph.D. degree in Information Science and Technology from The University of Tokyo in 2020.
His research centers on natural language processing, with a particular focus on knowledge acquisition from real-world data. Specifically, he develops methods for information extraction, knowledge base organization, information retrieval, and question answering, often targeting specialized domains such as biomedical science. Recently, his work has focused on expanding and refining the knowledge capabilities of large language models.
