Noriki Nishida is a Research Scientist at RIKEN Center for Advanced Intelligence Project (AIP), Japan. Previously, he received his Ph.D. degree in Information Science and Technology from The University of Tokyo in 2020. His research focuses on natural language processing and knowledge acquisition, including information extraction, knowledge organization, retrieval, and question answering, as well as their applications in specialized domains. Recently, his work has also extended to multimodal communication. He has also worked on discourse analysis.

• April 2024: Our paper titled "Weakly Supervised Named Entity Recognition Using Thesaurus with Hierarchical Structure" (Shibahara et al.) has been accepted by Journal of Natura Language Processing.
