Noriki Nishida is a Research Scientist at RIKEN Center for Advanced Intelligence Project (AIP), Japan.
Previously, he received his Ph.D. degree in Information Science and Technology from The University of Tokyo in 2020.
His research centers on natural language processing, with a particular focus on how knowledge can be extracted, organized, retrieved, and used to solve complex problems.
Recently, his work has particularly focused on Retrieval-Augmented Language Models.
He has also maintained a longstanding interest in (multimodal) discourse analysis since his doctoral research.
